Jason Chance – House Warmer (Original)

House and Tech producer Jason Chance brings us the newest edition to Zulu Records.Already receiving support from the like’s of D.Ramirez, My Digital Enemy & Thomas Gold…
‘House-Warmer’ a grooving and uplifting Tech house dance floor filler.
Now if your a fan of some nice chunky chords and a cracking groove on the kit and percussion, then this track will be a necessity for your playlist.
Jason keeps the track progressing throughout, teasing with a groovy bassline intro and sharp stabs of chords leading to the breakdown where the main hook comes together. One final liking is the classic sample ‘Cause the house gets warm’ Nice to hear it being bought back for all the older ravers out there!

Jason Chance & Michelle Weeks – My House

I always look forward to new releases from Jason Chance, last year he had an amazing year of releases both independently and teaming up with the likes of My Digital Enemy and Kevin Andrews (Hoxton Whores). This time around he has released this banging main room house track with the brilliant vocal talents of Michelle Weeks. Along with the original mix, there are remixes by Mike Newman and Tikki Tembo. The original is huge! Massive build up into a big blippy main room drop. This high energy mix is guaranteed to get the dancefloor going mad, hear it for yourself and tell me if I’m wrong! The Mike Newman remix is more of a dub mix as it features more beats and bass than vocal, very nice flowing bass pattern with some big building synths, love it. The Tikki Tembo remix is completely different, it has some simple 80’s sounding drums with some quirky little synths and effects throughout. A great remix! Check these out and get ’em in the gig bag!

Kevin Andrews & Jason Chance – Krin

Released as a part of Toolroom’s Miami 2014 collection, Jason Chance & Kevin Andrews (Hoxton Whores) bring you this main room tech house slammer. I gotta say, this style of house music is one of my favourites. I am a big fan of high end plucky synth rhythms and this track gives you that with a slight oriental feel to it too. Absolutely love the breakdown with some repetitive vocals which sound like tribal kids having a sing song!, then a nice snare build before a huge bouncy bassline drop complimented nicely with high end plucky stabs 🙂

It seems like I’m reviewing a new Zulu track every week at the mo, but honestly they are just pushing out some quality tunes… I’m in no way kissing arse! 😉 Great breakdown, build and BASSLINE… Did I mention the bassline?! Jason Chance & Kevin Andrews – Work The Track

Excellent tune! Having played alongside both of these guys in the past, I have since followed their work and I’m never disappointed. Jason Chance has been producing some of the biggest house tracks recently and his stuff is always being played in my sets. Kevin Andrews doesn’t really need any introduction but for those who don’t know who he is, he is 50% of the house duo ‘The Hoxton Whores’. They have been around for absolutely years and you simply can’t get much bigger than them! Massive release for 1605. It’s in my gigbag already, get it in yours!
